The start of the school year is just around the corner! That means summer days are numbered and it’s time to think about back-to-school. Whether it’s online learning or spending time in the classroom – students need to be prepared to learn, dream and achieve. Our thrift stores have the items you need to start the school year off on the right foot.
CLOTHES
If your kids are new to thrifting, this is the perfect opportunity to get your kids excited about creating a style that’s all their own. Whether its brand names, designer style or something a bit more vintage – create something that celebrates you!
SCHOOL SUPPLIES
Find notebooks, pencils, folders, pens, rulers, and scissors for the low you price you need in our thrift stores. Going back to school is stressful enough without having to worry about all the money you’ll have to spend on supplies. Our inventory changes daily, so be sure to check back, you never know what you might find.
BOOKS
Is your child bored of the same old books sitting on their shelf? Find their next favorite book at your local Volunteers of America thrift store. Introduce them to one of your favorites or let them pick something that catches their eye. Either way, they’ll have something new to do and you’ll have money left over in your wallet.
AT HOME LEARNING
If online learning is in your future, you’ll want to hit home goods. You’ll find bigger items, like desks, chairs, as well as lamps and storage options to make sure they have everything they need to learn at home. Don’t rule out getting lucky and finding a computer monitor as well.
