Now is the Time for Giving

Sure, it’s a time for thanks. But giving is also a part of the equation. There are so many people in need of food, shelter, medical care, and more. Proceeds from your car donation directly support the communities of Cleveland, Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, Mansfield, Sandusky and Toledo.

Who and How Do We Help?

The Volunteers of America of Greater Ohio offers services for veterans, youth and families in need. We have programs committed to encouraging positive development of youth and their families. And we provide several programs that help veterans to restore their self sufficiency. Many are suffering from mental illness and addiction and therefore can’t earn a living. And all too many are homeless. The money from your auto donation goes to support these programs. There are over 1,200 homeless veterans in Ohio, according to the 2015 U.S. Census, That is 1,200 people without somewhere to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal. They need your help.
