COLUMBUS, OH (September 1, 2020)
Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana announces Andrew A. Roberts has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO).

In his role as COO, Roberts will oversee all human services programs including those for military veterans experiencing homelessness, men and women with criminal justice involvement, individuals and families experiencing a housing crisis, and individuals with behavioral health needs, across the two-state organization. Roberts will also be responsible for the agency’s earned-income retail and auto donation enterprises.

As a member of the executive team for close to five years, formerly as Executive Vice President, Program Operations, and a compassionate servant leader, Roberts will ensure agency programs have effective operational and financial practices in place that meet the current and emerging needs of the 17,000 individuals annually served by the organization. He leads a team of Senior Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents of Program Operations who together, help individuals and families reach their full potential.

Roberts received his Bachelor of Arts in American Studies with a minor in Legal Studies from Brandeis University, and a Master of Management of Human Services (MMHS) from Florence G. Heller School at Brandeis University. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Roberts lives in Dublin, Ohio with his wife and three children.
